Description:

The "Women and Engineering" Excellence Mentoring Program, organized by the Royal Academy of Engineering, aims to complement the education of female university students by providing them with knowledge and skills—through conversations with mentors—that are essential for successful professional development and advancement, extending beyond the purely academic aspects of classroom learning.

This program offers a unique opportunity for female university students. The universities, making a significant effort to fund – through scholarships – this additional training provided by the excellence mentoring program, have decided to create, within the university environment itself, an ecosystem that fosters a distinct, embryonic model of engagement with their graduates, where outstanding female university students, sponsoring companies, and the Royal Academy of Engineering are the key players.

The ultimate goal of this excellence mentoring program is to create networks of individuals committed to the social change needed to transform the current paradigm of education and engineering. It provides a meeting point between the corporate world and the next generation of top university talent, offering a unique and exclusive opportunity for all participants. This "Women and Engineering" excellence mentoring program, organized by the Royal Academy of Engineering, has limited spaces available.
