The University of Seville is organizing an electoral debate with the seven candidates running for Rector. The debate will take place next Thursday, October 23, at the School of Engineering at 7:00 p.m.

The debate will be moderated by journalist Mabel Mata and broadcast on TVUS and the US YouTube channel. Members of the university community with their University of Seville ID card are welcome to attend, subject to capacity.

The holding of this debate, which is being coordinated by the Communications Department, was agreed upon by the seven candidates, who agreed on all the details. Both the order of the speeches and the placement of the candidates on stage were determined by drawing lots.

The debate is structured in four blocks (1. Government and transparency 2. Development of the professional career of the PDI and PTGAS 3. Teaching and research 4. Students) plus an introduction and closing space for each candidate.
