ABL Group , a leading independent global energy and marine consultancy, working in energy and oceans to de-risk and drive the energy transition offered an International Engineering Development Program (EDP).


We believe that this program could be a transformative opportunity for your engineering students who are graduating this year.
 
About the EDP: The EDP is a unique 4-year program designed to nurture engineering talent.
 
We offer two distinct entry points: 1. International Element: Candidates with a master's degree in an engineering discipline can apply for this enriching international experience.
 
They will have the opportunity to work on projects across different locations, gaining invaluable global exposure. This will include the opportunity to relocate to one of our various offices on a rotation basis for a 12 month period. 2. Direct Entry: Graduates with a master's or bachelor's degree can also apply for direct entry into the program, based in the UK.
